In response to feedback from regular conference attendees, the Conference Committee has been successful, through protracted negotiations, in securing accommodation and direct flights over the traditional conference May Bank holiday weekend.
As promised, details of our 2008 conference in Dubai have now been finalised by our organising committee and I am delighted to announce further details of the conference.
Venue – Le Royal Meridian 5 Star Hotel & Spa, Dubai (see www.leroyalmeridien-dubai.com for more details of the hotel)
Dates – Depart Dublin Tuesday night 29th April 2008, returning Sunday 4th May 2008
These dates and travel times enable delegates to enjoy the full delights of Dubai over five full days. We arrive back in Dublin on Monday 5th May early GMT to allow you to rest over the bank holiday.
The flights are direct Etihad Airways from Dublin airport to Abu Dhabi, from where you will be transferred in luxury coaches to our hotel.
The cost of our conference will be £925pp including bed & breakfast. This can only be described as great value for money and includes a Gala dinner on the Friday night.
There will be a full programme of events for both delegates and non-delegates.
I look forward to what I believe will be an excellent conference set in the desert’s most exciting city!!!
Yours sincerely
Fergal McCann
Conference Co-ordinator
